IFRA-Nigeria is hosting a new Online Research Seminar Series on West African History with 6 historians from the region:

Thu 6th May 4pm (GMT, Accra) / 5pm (WAT, Lagos) : Dr Samuel Adu-Gyamfi (Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)-Kumasi, Ghana) "Changing Landscape of Mission Medicine and Hospitals in Africa up to the Twenty-First Century"
Thu 20 May 4pm (GMT, Accra) / 5pm (WAT, Lagos) Dr Mariama Marciana Kuusana (Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)-Kumasi, Ghana): "Repatriation then and now in West Africa: too long a debate"
Thu 27 May at 4pm (GMT, Ouagadougou) / 5pm (WAT, Lagos) Dr Dao Zara (Université Norbert Zongo de Koudougou, Burkina Faso) : "La prévention et la gestion des crises alimentaires au Burkina Faso de 1960 à nos jours" -> Due to technical issues, the session was postponed to June 24th.
