Thursday Film Series: Tomorrow

Special event about ecology and participative democracy, in collaboration with the Institut Français, AFD, the Thursday Film Series, the African Village Square and the Institute of African Studies.

At 3pm sharp in Draper's Hall, we will screen the award winning French documentary "Tomorrow", by C. Dion and M. Laurent (2015). The screening will be immediately followed by a debate with 3 graduate students from UI and one actor from the civil society specialised in ecology, energy, democracy and education.

We will be also really pleased to welcome some members of the MitiMeth Handcrafted Home Decor and Personal Accessories team, who will present how they fight invasive species like water hyacinths through handicraft and fair trade!
